Being under-insured affects the terms of all contents policies and it's the policyholder's responsibility to ensure that valuations are up to date. In the event of a claim, that detailed valuation has the added benefit of helping to ensure a swift settlement.
Omell Associates undertake two different types of insurance appraisal to suit your needs, both at competitive, flat-fee rates:
- General Contents Appraisal
Also known as a ‘wealth check’, this is a short report prepared following a walk round your property to assess the total value of your antiques carried out on a fixed fee basis.
- Bespoke Report
From a single item to a complete inventory of all your antiques, Omell Associates will prepare a fully detailed, valuation report including digital photographic images.
Omell Associates work on a fixed fee basis which will be discussed with the client in advance. Please contact us for more details.
